There are no costs or hidden fees when using New Zone Logistics. You simply pay for the shipping costs on the freight you move.

A C&D rate quote will always include fuel, there will be no FSC added to the price you’ve been quoted.

All Ocean-Way quotes are automatically rated in Canadian funds, unless the client requests USD.

We can ship anywhere in the World

The amount of money you’ll save depends on the type of shipping you do and the current discounts you are receiving from your present carriers. At Ocean-Way we go out of our way to provide you with as many options as possible through our instant quoting system. Through the large volume discounts we receive from our carriers, it’s not uncommon for some of our clients to save up to 50%.

A spot quote is the lowest price we can provide you with for the type of service you are seeking.

When it comes to billing, you are always dealing with Ocean-Way Shipping and only New Zone Logistics. Regardless of which carrier hauls your freight, any invoices will be applied to your account once the freight is confirmed delivered. If a carrier invoice is sent to your company in error, please contact us ASAP and we will get it resolved.

Our standard terms are Net 30. If you’d like to pay regularly with credit, we’re more than happy to accept payment this way with a standard 3% processing fee.
